Shipping Policy+
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Domestic (United States): Free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
International: Available to select countries. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or stolen packages: Saddle & Stone is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please contact your local carrier directly.
Returns & Refunds+
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email torihinshaw@saddleandstone.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted. For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping; if your item is defective or damaged, we'll make it right.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EU 14-day cooling-off: Orders shipped into the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days, for any reason, in original condition.
