Shipping
How fast will my order ship?+
We're US-based and ship fast. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then sent via USPS — Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) or Priority Mail (1–3 business days).
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Always.
Where do you ship from?+
Every order ships from the United States.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Our Jewelry
What are your pieces made of?+
It varies by piece — you'll find 14k gold-filled, 18k gold-plated, sterling silver, genuine turquoise, and freshwater pearls throughout the collection. The materials for each piece are listed on its product page, and many of our pieces are waterproof & non-tarnish.
How do I care for my jewelry?+
Store your pieces dry and avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals. Waterproof & non-tarnish styles (noted on the product page) are made to hold up to everyday wear.
A piece I love is sold out — will it come back?+
Some of our signature styles (like the Gina) restock. On any sold-out product page, tap “Notify me when available” and we'll email you the moment it's back.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?+
We offer 30-day returns. Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email torihinshaw@saddleandstone.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?+
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover it with a prepaid label.
Do you offer exchanges?+
We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original (once accepted) and place a new order.
When will I get my refund?+
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Venmo. You can also pay over time with Affirm.
How do I get a discount?+
Join our email list for 15% off your first order — sign up from the popup or in our footer.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?+
